Our story

Two friends and a flat top

Patty Wagon started in 2021 in a Knightdale driveway, with a secondhand griddle and a stubborn theory: that a perfectly smashed burger beats a fancy one every time. Turns out the Triangle agreed.

Now we chase the lunch crowd in downtown Raleigh, pull up to breweries after dark, and call Knightdale Station Park home on weekends. No two days look the same, and that's exactly how we like it. Follow the truck, and the burgers will find you.
